Mercure Florianopolis

I recently spent New Year's at a hotel in Floripa and my experience was fantastic! the hotel was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities. the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had, with an extensive selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. the hotel was located within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the city.

The noise level. the walls were quite thin, so I could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway.

The staff is friendly, breakfast is good, bed is comfortable, room size is great.

Can't fault the hotel.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was delightful. The first aspect I liked was the breakfast buffet with an amazing variety of fresh baked goods and juices. the hotel's location in a quieter area near the beaches made for a relaxed and calm atmosphere. Another great aspect was the beautiful outdoor patio that had a spectacular view of the city lights.

The downside was the lack of nearby nightlife. There were only a few bars and restaurants in the area, so it was difficult to find a place to go out at night.

We loved the hotel's convenient location in the city center, close to transportation and parking facilities. It was also spotlessly clean, and had excellent on-site hotel facilities. the breakfast was delicious and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Don't have any issues at all.

Located in a convenient area, close to the main university campus, this hotel is a good option for those who need to attend academic events. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with good showers and plenty of amenities, including room service. the breakfast is varied with plenty of options. the swimming pool and solarium provide a nice space for relaxation.

Noise from adjacent rooms can be an issue, disrupting the otherwise pleasant stay.
